There are two methods you can choose to upload screenshots, both of which are fine.

Method 1 - Attachment

When you are making your post below the main box you will see "Additional Options", click the "Manage Attachments" button. When the box opens up hit the "Browse..." button, find your screenshots then hit "Upload", you can add a maximum of 10 screenshots to your post. After you have attached your images close the window. Write out the rest of your post then hit "Submit Reply". Your images will be attached to the post.

Method 2 - Imageshack

You may wish to use imageshack to host your pictures and display them directly in your post. To do this first go to imageshack and again hit the "Browse.." button to find the screenshot you want to upload. After you've found it hit the "host it!" button and wait for it to be uploaded then copy (Ctrl+C) the text for the very last option, "Direct link to image" and create a post on the forums. Look for the http://www.bitclan.com/forum/images/editor/insertimage.gifbutton, hit it, and paste (Ctrl+V) your code into the box that appears.

There's actually a 3rd method now too, the "Quick Upload" you see below the smilies on the right when you post a reply.
