As many people said I should create a new blog for each Fragmovie, I've decided to make a new one for each, and delete the last one.
My latest is Jailbait by Katha.
Now first off, I love Katha. He is one of my favorite fragmovie makers, hands down. All of his work is very original and his editing is second to none. This is very hard review to write since, well, everything about it is great. The intro with the skull and the "WTF" tentacles, combined with the creepy breath sounding music gives the fragmovie a very creep feel to it. Not to mention the use of the night-time background through out the movie just gives the movie an eerie feel. Which is awesome. The frags are great. Normally, fragmovies go either one of two ways. Either they have brilliant editing, and horrible frags. Or, they have amazing frags, and horrible editing. Then theres the third category. We'll just name this one... Katha. Katha is really in a league of his own. He combines great editing with great frags. The syncing of music really adds to a fragmovie and this one definitely has it. Despite the creep aspect of the movie, it really seems to have a laid back feel to it. The music is slower and the editing smoother compared to other movies that have a feeling that you should be in a hurry to get through it. For example, the end is very well synced with the music and perfectly timed slow motion shots.
Final Review-
Katha did really well with this movie. The editing was great, yet, at the same time, it wasn't over edited at all. The movie really had a laid back, creepy feeling to it which is awesome. To all aspiring movie makers, laid back music is great if you can spice up your video other ways as well.
Grade-
10/10
A
The movie is great. Good frags. Good editing and good sync. Honestly, this is currently my favorite frag movie. Upcoming movies really have to work hard to be able to out do the content that Katha is producing.
If you've made it to here, give me a suggestion on what I should review next.![]()
